About Finyxgap — A Feeling, A Shirt, A Reason to Keep Going

It started in a quiet moment, in a small apartment in Abilene, Texas, sometime in 2023. I had a friend — burned out, pushing through the noise of everyday life, trying to get back on track. I didn’t have the right words to encourage him, so I printed three on a black tee: “Dominate the Day.”

That shirt wasn’t made for the public. It was just a small gesture, a silent message between friends. But when he wore it to the gym, something surprising happened — three people asked where they could get one. Not because it was stylish or trendy, but because it spoke to something they felt too. That was the moment I realized: Some emotions are easier to wear than to say. And maybe, if we could wear what we feel, we’d feel less alone in it.

That’s why Finyxgap exists, not to follow fashion, but to help people turn emotion into something they can hold, wear, and carry with them. From that one shirt came a mission: make clothing that means something.

Every piece is made to order, created only when someone chooses it. There’s no stockpile, no shelf full of things that don’t matter. Each item exists for a reason — because behind every hoodie, sweatshirt, and tee, there’s a story, a memory, a real person. That’s who it’s made for.

Each garment begins as a blank, selected for comfort, durability, and feel. T-shirts are crafted from soft, breathable ringspun cotton. Hoodies and sweatshirts use heavyweight cotton-poly blends that retain their warmth and structure over time. All fabrics are sourced from reputable U.S. and international suppliers, with an emphasis on ethical and high-quality materials.

Cutting, sewing, and printing all happen under one roof at our production site in 3900 Old Anson Rd, Abilene Tx 79601. Us. Nothing is outsourced, because the things that matter are worth doing by hand. Each piece is handled by a small team who still believes that details matter — that the curve of a letter, the angle of a stitch, or the weight of a fabric can carry meaning far beyond their size. Keeping the full process in-house ensures tighter quality control and more intention in every step.

Once an order is placed, the design is applied using Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing technology. This method allows for vibrant, high-resolution prints that last through wear and wash. It’s not just about how it looks — it’s about how it feels, and how long it stays with you. A single piece, made with purpose, created when it truly matters.

Finyxgap was founded by Kaleb Jay Thoeny and is run by a small team of fifteen. Kaleb leads with a hands-on approach — involved in everything from design reviews to print checks. The team works closely under one roof, managing fabric selection, cutting, printing, and quality control in-house. Every item is made with care, not at scale.

Finyxgap was created for gym-goers chasing purpose, dog parents carrying memories, and people who just want to make someone smile again. We don’t define our customers — we just listen to what they want to say and help them say it.

This isn’t just apparel. It’s emotion, wearable and real. So no, Finyxgap didn’t start with ambition. It started with a moment, a shirt, and a truth I couldn’t forget: Sometimes, the things we feel most deeply need a place to live outside of us.
